Packaging Design for Stepnoy Dairy Products

concept

"Stepnoy" makes natural, high-quality dairy products. Its selection includes all of the typical dairy products, such as milk, kefir, sour cream, yogurt, fermented baked milk, and many more. The main concept of the brand is that these dairy products are honest and simple: they just contain milk. The theme of purity and openness is shown in the packaging design, which uses white as the dominant backdrop color for the whole line of products.

The main job was to design a unique and consistent way to package a wide range of items, which would: stress simplicity and naturalness; tell the customer right away what kind of product it is and how much fat it has; be easy to spot on the shelf; be able to grow and change as the product range grows. The design also had to make sure that the brand was easy to see and remember, especially when the boxes were stacked next to each other in small or cramped spaces.

The answer was a unified package idea that used color accents to quickly show what kind of food it was and how much fat it had: blue for milk, green for kefir, pink to red for yogurt and sour cream, and beige to orange for baked milk. The rich brown text on a white background with a lot of contrast makes it easy to read, and the clear infographics make it easy to find important product information quickly. The result is a modern, consistent package line that visually supports the brand's message of simplicity and purity.

How Color and Minimalism Shape the Stepnoy Dairy Line

The clean white foundation and well chosen accent colors on the package line make Stepnoy products look pure and natural. Milk products come in a range of blue colors, from light to dark, to show how much fat they have. The kefir line has varying shades of green, which makes it easy to tell them apart. Sour cream and fermented baked milk products come in bright colors like pinks, reds, beige, and orange, which make them look tasty and easy to eat. The yogurt series adds fun fruit drawings to help people figure out what flavor they are, while still keeping the overall look of the brand.
